Few years ago I did a taxy ride in Lancaster 'Just Jane' , and a great experience it was too.
Over in the US , they like to up things slightly and this made me chuckle a little bit, but I would kinda like to try.

Ooooohhhh, now that looks a fun way to convert money into noise biggrin

Always wanted to go to Big Sandy too.

I've sat in the top turret of a B-17G while flying and it gives you enormous respect for what those guys did 75 years ago in the skies of Europe and the Far East.

In Canada you can fly in a .Lancaster - I did it and a B-25 Mitchell same day on Nov 11 years ago.

I'm just waiting for HRL to get G-HHII converted to 2-seater, and I'll be in for a flight in that PDQ biggrin
