Do the 18" cupra R alloys or audi s line 18's (5 spoke) fit on a mk4 golf GT tdi? Currently have the Montreal 16" that I want to upgrade as just put coilovers on.

Yes you can fit the 18 inch Seat wheels, any of the VAG alloys with a 5x100 pcd will work.
If you run up to a 8j wide wheel with 225/40/18 it's the same as factory Golf anniversary /r32 so you won't have any arch issues.

Leons are 112x5 PCD, as are the Golf, Octavia, etc.

edit. - oops, just noticed it's a Mk4 Golf. Please ignore my post as it could be wrong.

mk4 golf is 5x100, as are Octavia, Leon use same platform. You are thinking mk5 Golf.

Just make sure offset is near enough as well.

As others have said, MK4 Golf wheels are 100x5 pcd (5 wheel nuts set in a 100mm diameter circle). Last Golf to have this size.
More modern VAG cars are 112x 5 pcd, they won't fit.
Audi went over to 112 pcd before VW so I think most A3/A4 wheels are 112 and won't fit.
Seat went over to 112 about the same time as VW so earlier Cupra wheels will fit. Later ones won't.

MK4 golf, same generation Leon, Octavia etc wheels will fit.

Later cars are a different pcd as has been stated.

Later Polo/Fabia/Ibiza wheels will fit up to 2012 if memory serves.
