Honeywell TPA-100B TCAS Computer at a guess
Ok smarty pants Joking aside I'd love to say I'm a genius but I saw "Honeywell" on the screw sticker it reminded me that I'd spent about 5 days re-wiring an aircraft's plugs which matched the layout of the sockets on the back of a slightly different version of a Honeywell TCAS computer so it was fairly easy.
The new one you posted is not my trade so I've not got any idea
