No idea as I don't work in aviation but I'm going to guess at something to do with the APU and how it provides high pressure air to start the main engines?

Joking aside I'd love to say I'm a genius but I saw "Honeywell" on the screw sticker it reminded me that I'd spent about 5 days re-wiring an aircraft's plugs which matched the layout of the sockets on the back of a slightly different version of a Honeywell TCAS computer so it was fairly easy.

The new one you posted is not my trade so I've not got any idea biggrin

On closer inspection there's a part number which is partially viewable which is a bit of a give-away if you're a google ninja.

That PN is just for that silver insulation blanketsmile it is an inlet cowl anti ice valve
