Just screenshot the Predator 100 they had, I still had the PDF. It was a lovely black hulled beauty with all the toys.

Yup - around £10k to fill up nowadays - wonder how far that gets you...
So that'll be £20k now - didn't October bring the addition of fuel duty on marine diesel effectively doubling the price?

Just wandered in here I seem to be a bit lost. From my experience of sunseeker if you ask how much they know you can't pay frown . Using that experience its amazing how much hospitality you get on boat show preview day when asking the right questions.

Odd that they don't offer free 48 hour test drives unless you own a small country or oil well though.

That's bks all that "If you ask how much you can't afford it". The most astute rich people know exactly how much they are spending.

ALL the major manufactures seem very happy to arrange sea trails. And to re enforce Olf's comment - there's often a reason why people who can afford these boats CAN afford them, and it's because they don't spend their money without asking ALL the right questions and doing their research.

By the way - apologies to those who asked about the deal on my Pred. Been away on hols, hence non reply. Tbo deal was done in confidence but saving on year(ish) old boat would certainly have bought the odd supercar - or two! smile

Call me an underachiever but this is what I want. I love the design and the lack of silly gin palace fake opulence.

http://www.topspeed.com/boats/oyster/2007-oyster-l...

And the subtle hint of WW2 torpedo boat.

I did have a price on one of these, can't remember off the top of my head though. But if you do order new, expect to wait 18 months - 2 years for delivery, they build all boats to order.

The Moose
Predator 108 New (subject to spec) £8,389,500 rrp from Sunseeker - Triple MTU - 2434ps - Arneson Drive (including VAT)

Rumrunner, your right, although i prefer the 62 too smile
Spot on! Got our first boat this year - Predator 62 and - although we often have friends aboard - as it's just me and the g/f most of the time the 62 is the perfect beast. We don't need the extra space of the 84 and you're starting to need crew at that size which is a complete pain. Massive leap in price from around £1.2m for 62 to £2.9m or so for 82 too! Not that we bought brand new btw!

PS Edited twice - really musct lern to spel!

Pugsey - 62 is probably the right size to be able to spend a good few nights out and about, withinout feeling cramped and on top of each other - also like you say having crew just is a pain.

Did you ever think about the 72 or do you not value your frinds... 10foot extra.... personally dont think its worth the £400-£500k extra.

Personal fav, price, speed, and vfm is the portofino 53.
