It's 350ft long... it will be far less affected by pitch compared to something like a 40ft cruiser. Obviously you'll have some heel angle, but it will be pretty comfortable in anything other than a big chop... plus there's always the option to stick the engines on if you need to make progress upwind in heavy seas.
When it's entertaining guests, it will spend most of it's time crusing round relatively flat seas - Med/Caribbean/etc... the major delivery trips (eg; transatlantic) will be handled by the crew... owner might be on board, but unlikely he'll be entertaining guests on these sort of trips.

You are making a lot of assumptions there....When it's entertaining guests, it will spend most of it's time crusing round relatively flat seas - Med/Caribbean/etc... the major delivery trips (eg; transatlantic) will be handled by the crew... owner might be on board, but unlikely he'll be entertaining guests on these sort of trips.

Not sure what this was, but seen moored at Vittoriosa Marina, across The Grand Harbour from our vantage point on Valletta waterside.

Cheers, yes though I think the aspect my head can't get round is the sailing ship / tilt / water / sipping G&T as you get along concept... not sure on the layout etc but I have images of waking up, throwing open the curtains and getting an underwater view which strikes me as a bit daunting! But again, not sure on the usage... ie does it go under sail when the owners / guests are on board for "novelty value" as it were and thus, it was part of the design brief or would sails / tilting / water past the windows and guest on board never been seen together?
Probably not making my thoughts very clear, but to be the sailing ship / jaunty angles aspect of the boast seems to contradict the ethos of such a thing, ie lavish luxury. I guess on a similar vein, the most traditional set ups... ie the huge things that float around the Med, they must be fabulous on a calm day but I assume that when underway from port to port over greater distances, thus more than likely to face adverse weather and thus get a bit lively... I assume most owners / guests wouldn't be on board?

I had read this one before:

I don’t know if it reads better on actual computer, on a mobile the order of the story seems to jump about.

The owner of Fulham FC is Shahid Khan who certainly owns Kismet and American football team Jacksonville Jaguars. MY Global is the renamed original Kismet. His plane is a 'Global' model so could be.Edited by Speculatore on Thursday 29th March 22:12
Khan owns Kismet which is larger/newer/nicer than the above. Edited to add-Global as pictured above used to be called Kismet. All a bit confusing because 'Global' is 70M odd and the newly built Kismet of Khans is 95M. If he uses the name Global why would he call a new build Kismet.

The original 'Kismet' is now 'Global' (Same as his private Jet Model) so he could name his new build Lurssen 'Kismet'.Edited by Burwood on Thursday 29th March 16:12
