None of those things work as Zakinthos (Greek island) seems to be outside AIS range. Frustrating.

I assume then shr is in for work to be done.... can’t imagine why someone paying 600K a
Week to charter it would want too long shopping in Gunwharf!

Well the owner is 92, you know what they are like at that age with forgetting where they've left things.

That looks like Essense, built by Wally Yachts:

She's now in Kefalonia, so the timing and track makes sense. It's one of my all time favourite yachts.

I go to the kitchen, and when I get there can't remember why went.

This guy went to Portsmouth in his £200m boat.

Same/Same.

Daft but genuine Q incoming...

What are the merits of building such a big yacht? Or is it just a case of 'because I can'?

Do people tour (insert correct term!) on these?

It's a pose isn't it. They're MILES more sexy than the big white 'Amaryllis' type yachts.

Though I expect most who have an enormous sailing yacht might have an enormous motor yacht as well.

esence isn't that much larger than a j-class and has been used for racing in the past iirc. surely with modern computerised systems it could also be used for touring?

agree that it's a great looking yacht.

I'd also hazard a guess that the accommodation is pretty lovely!

She's pretty sparse, as was the minimalist trend at the time of her inception:
