Hot sure if it'll be of any interest to anyone on here, but I had this sailing offer e-mailed to me today from Groupon, there are only limited places, but it looks like a good deal. I would have it myself if I had anyone to take along!

No worries, I'm loving being out on the water at the moment and this would have been ideal, never been sailing before either! I'm trying to talk my brother into it at the moment! Looks like a great deal though!

I'm sure someone on here would go halves with you.

Anyone?!

I'm all paid up now so hoping it all goes through ok. I'm taking my girlfriend.

Any way of knowing how many more people need to buy it before it's "successful"?

ETA: Sorry - turns out I just need to learn how to read!
"Already 6 bought - The deal is on!"

Doesn't look too bad a deal at £130, but if a few of yuo knew what you were doing you could charter bareboat in the solent for a lot less. Can't see that they'd have many takers at £600 though!

Yeah, I thought that too. £600 seems a bit steep! Although, £65 per person is not a lot of money for an interesting day out

Don't think it's worth £750k either!

I tried to get MrsSpdpug98 to do this as I havn't been out sailing/on a boat for a good few years, but she wasn't interested

Could of been a good day out for £65 each

It's even shorter if you sail over the Brambles. biggrin
