Palmer-Johnson 170?
Certainly seems to be.Built at P&J's Southampton facility, apparently. Looks like it was a spec build, so if you wander down there with a big sackful of money, I guess it could be yours!

Great; another boat where you can't see the water between your bow and 300m away from the bridge. WTF?
You have a little man on the front. Or parking sensors? Mind you the owners might take the view that anything not large enough to show above the focsle deserves to be crushed to matchwood!Jackleman said:

Slightly off but just still on topic, I saw a very odd boat anchored in Elba (southern part of the island).
It was black and silver, quite a large motor yacht and almost had the shape of an Egyptian eye if you get me....most likely not but I can't seem to be able to describe it as I ain't seen nothing like it before. Someone who was with us said it was quite a famous boat around that area?
I was in a mood that day so didn't think about taking a picture....

Even though I was in a mood, I just couldn't stop looking at it.

Thank you very much. Been involved for over 20yrs, from deckies arse to almost running the show. Tried to organise a PH trip a couple of years back - no interest unfortunately. I could try for again for 2011 perhaps. Say a drive to Southampton Docks (I'd organsise secure parking) and a day out on this:
Good idea?
No but they kept telling the workforce there was a follow on boat

They always looked like a one boat company, and now the boat is finished have shafted there employees
If there are no boats to make, are they supposed to pay everybody to do nothing?Edited by Simpo Two on Tuesday 10th August 22:34
