I have no idea how to edit the table so hopefully someone who can will do the honours.

First error is I have purchased the cask share from F-Stop Junkie for SC14 so the N/A there needs removing and putting in F-Stops line.

My preference for both would be unpeated for both but will go with the majority so happy either way

Lefty, What was the refill spirit into casks 1-3? I think it was a Ben Nevis, but was it peated or unpeated?

Definitely Ben Nevis. I’ve got a plastic jerrycan of it that I was going to refill a tiny cask of my own with, I’ll go and a sniff to see if it’s peated!

Finally opened it, after a seriously busy day,,



Sherry sweetness, but with the salty edge you expect from a Portsoy dram. Complex little number, that opens a touch with water (yes, there I did it). Bloody love it.

Agree with Podie on every point, including a splash of water.

Now this may seem a strange idea, but I feel a little less sweetness from the sherry cask might make a better dram, so I am quite excited to see how a refill turns out. Good job we won't have to wait years and years to find out!
