I have to say Monday lunchtime is the most healthy one of the week.. I quickly went through the fridge at the studio
Coriander, Mint, avocado, Celery, chilli, shallots, tomatoes and lemongrass all chopped then a handful of prawns,
Squeeze of lime juice and a dab of fish sauce and hey presto.. one healthy fresh salad

That stuff was there for a photo shoot last week, but not used, The only thing I bought today were the prawns..

I think we should consider compiling a PH cookbook, with the best dishes.

Time to try and get this thread back on track.
shame as I tried to edit it as fast as possible. However I have now edited my Photostream accordingly.. 
In answer to a few of you..
There is always different paraphernalia on my desk, the knife is to open letters, the rounds are .556, Yes Phuket was lovely, Gran Canaria was better
My wife does have a nice arse and isn't in bad nick for someone who will be 46 this year.. and yes the pink shoes are better than the yellow ones.
So children now you are all sitting comfortably.. shall we move on..
For lunch today I may well be having a simple soup or I may choose to make something else!..
