They do a really nice flavoured one that comes as sheets, hammer the chicken out, cover it with the sheets and fry. Only seen them in Sweden and Poland though.

I boil new potatoes, mash them up a bit (not too much), oil, salt & pepper, with a side salad. Or roasted peppers, carrots and some peas. Lovely.

Yolk down on the bottom, directly onto unbuttered bread/teacake - the yolk will seep into the bread when busted.
