Inspired by Dibble. wavey

I had a bad reaction to chemo and had a temperature of 38.9°C and was rushed into hospital.

This was lunch. Macaroni cheese. Peach yoghurt for dessert.

yikes I guess they have given up on “Let food be your medicine” and are just trying to encourage you to leave!

Get well soon. And a Just Eat menu.

One of the toughest decisions of the week cropping up soon. What to have for Friday lunch!

Default was rola Rola Wala, a twist on indian street food. Veg, rice, chicken, was delish. But the shop closed frown

I'm in a city, so anything should be doable, but I need help! arghhhhh

what was the weird flavour? It's a fairly basic spicy stir fry isn't it?

Yea, just a Singapore stirfry. I'm not sure, probably just a spice, but it has left a weird flavour in my mouth.

Leftovers of totally homemade soft shell tacos, ignore that pack, was someone else’s hehe to be fair, I added peppers and jalapeños, otherwise it’s boring.

Pretty sure you’re meant to have 2 each, so let’s see how I go on 4, at lunch.

Edit to add: Eughhhh

I'm attempting belly pork chinese style next week. Quite a tricky thing to do my thinks because although pork helps by being fatty, it can still be not right for what you expect, which is a really crispy crackling but a really moist pork interior.

You certainly do not want that interior turning out to be as dry as a middle aged ladies vagina.

My pal came over from SoCal this weekend and we did curry on Friday and then hot dogs and chillies whilst drinking on Saturday, as you do with an old college friend. So I had left overs from last night.

My own grown chillies see in the wild ...

Slim Cayenne, stumpy, fairylights, Thai Demon, Paper lantern, hybrid plants.

Eating them raw last night led to nobody wanting to kiss each other weeping even with the beer. Not even my dog. How things move on from those heady college days.

Left over egg fried rice and chillis and spring onions went down a treat for lunch today. Just right heat wise and very tasty. Better than the local chinky!

Sorry, oriental emporium. Oops. Showing my age there.

No, that's not how you want your pork to turn out....

I used foil for most of the cooking around the lower part of the cut of meat. Plenty of steam/ cooking juices in there to prevent drying out.

Sticks.
