Photo of your Lunch

Lol, that is the Ronnie Biggs train robbery of shots of your dinner in front of the keyboard.
Top marks my good man / criminal.
I have done worse of course, but my photographs are so good it makes you think it is like living in Monaco
A fray bentos pie slapped on top of a large yorkshire pudding with can of extra stewing steak. ==>
Today's lunch, mussels in korma sauce on toast.

A tower of tenders
Unlike the fast food places the chicken to bread ratio is actually correct, ie more chicken!
Cost me about £2 for the chicken, the coating is less than 10p.
As an aside not point putting 11 herbs and spices or even hot spicy stuff in with the coating before the frying process because the frying just wipes it out, best to put it on after with a drizzle or shake before serving or dips.
Bit late on this but recipe and method would be appreciated ! Unlike the fast food places the chicken to bread ratio is actually correct, ie more chicken!

Strange one this. Sainsbury's sell little plastic bowls of salad, I had some tomatoes and peppers left over from the weekend so for a couple of days I have been cutting up the tomatoes and peppers and adding them to the salad bowl. The rest is their Sweet Chilli Sliced Chicken Breast, oh and I bought some Ranch dressing. From the comments I have been getting you would think I am about to enter Masterchef, its just salad and chicken.

Starting from the top I like the egg yolkThe steak looks like it has been marmalised though, and the sugar puffs in the middle ????
Having said that, when looking at a photo you never now how it tasted. I would love to try that. Nice photo too !
