Sure Guy Whatshisname had a Dive Bar who did crispy cheese on the flattop to top a burger with. Jamie's done something similar as well, looked good. why oh why don't we get the precooked huuge block of ham that you tend to see frrom the likes of america/canada? the kind where they slice a chunk off, then dice it up to put in whatever they want. or is there something i'm missing in labelling in the supermarket?
