Not richmonds! Waitrose jobbies. Trying to avoid carbs, otherwise they have been in 2 doorstop pieces of bread frown

0.7g per 2 sausages, apparently. Better than sausages and 2 slices of bread!

No carbs today.

That crispy cheese is amazing. Slap a slice of Edam on a tray, 12 mins in the oven and it’s heaven. Pure melted cheese

why oh why don't we get the precooked huuge block of ham that you tend to see frrom the likes of america/canada? the kind where they slice a chunk off, then dice it up to put in whatever they want. or is there something i'm missing in labelling in the supermarket?

Sticks.

4 was enough, if small ones. Average age of customers must be pushing 3 figures and it wasn't expensive. Some such pop star came in with a film crew while we were there.

Sure Guy Whatshisname had a Dive Bar who did crispy cheese on the flattop to top a burger with. Jamie's done something similar as well, looked good. Don't think it was Edam though, probably Cheddar.

Bit of a "use up" of things I had in the fridge...

Milano Salami on toasted "Well fired loaf" served with Onion and Tomato salad, Dijon dressing.

On business just outside Geneva, so obviously this was worth the 40 min round trip, follow the whole walk through and back out the other end.

Guess the meat ?

Has mushrooms, onion, home grown chillies and half a jar of korma sauce added.

The mushrooms make it down and earthy both looks wise and taste wise.

Lovely.
