Had a slice of Almafi Lemon tart for lunch today, again made from Jamie Oliver website.

white wine in the crumble base was confusing until tasted, the secret to success is to leave the thing in the fridge for at least 48 hours for the base to soften before anyone eats it otherwise the base is too hard.

Send invite soon !

If you put a soft wrap around the crunchy one it gives an extra dimension and when it breaks things do not fall out.
