You might want to check your scales hehe 2.2 pounds is not 1.95kg.

Home made fish pie today with cod, salmon, prawns and smoked haddock. all from the frozen section.



for dessert today, a homemade lemon and poppy seed drizzle cake. fresh lemon juice gave it a real punch.

I love fish pie but need to have it a bit wetter that yours, looks good though

Home made pasties with feta cheese with spinach, onion and honey glaze.

Salad with chopped apples. Home made chips.





Home made apricot and raspberry buckle cake. The raspberry’s were frozen but they kept their kick.

It’s one of those cakes that does
not photograph well but tastes like Heaven.

Toasted home made bread with plenty of butter, black pudding, fried egg with crispy edges and a runny yolk, and a fried tomato. I really liked this!
