Steak Pukka Pie and spaghetti hoops with chorizo. Hit the spot nicely.

Higher meat content in your 'oops than in your Pukka pie, I expect!

Left over ‘mac and cheese’ with left oven sausages. I put mac and cheese in quotes as i don’t think it qualifies! Only 1 tablespoon of Parmesan across 4 portions. OH’s diet is driving me mad

Some belters there!

Here’s my lunch today: mushroom and red mullet pappardelle. Porcini were too overpowering, will need to use fewer next time (there were stakes in there too)

Smoked turkey, ham and salad in a seeded roll, few olives and a cheeky glass of Bitburger Pils from a mini keg to help it down....joys of working from home!

Needed a greasy fry up today! Went freezer and fridge foraging and found enough to make an acceptable nod toward a truckers cafe fry up. hehe

Knowing you had to drink Butburger is a bit like seeing Adenauer's prison food.

I'm sorry for you.

Trying to be healthy for a bit. Have cut out bread and alcohol and trying to eat light lunches rather than pigging out. Still having portion control issues though laugh

Nice. Tomato looks a bit forlorn/superfluous and I'd have my eggs semi runny, sprinkle of chilli powder or tabasco goes beautifully with the Avo too. That's basically a healthier version of bacon/avo/poached on toast

This is what happens when you don’t plan lunch. Leftover meatloaf, egg and toast although I forgot how good an egg on top of anything can be
