Yes, the picture was taken before sitting to pour the gravy smile

We caught a few mackerel whilst on a sea fishing trip on Sunday morning off the north Norfolk coast so for supper tonight they went in the grill with chilli, ginger, lime, garlic, honey, sesame oil and fish sauce

One thing I have noticed with this thread is that everyone seems to use tiny, weeny plates. confused

Had a mess about with the drum last night and did Kleftico. The last 30 mins or so I added tomatoes, feta and a rosemary stalks/branches to the charcoal.

All the ingredients were grown on the family plot (apart from the lamb, that was from the butchers!)

For anyone interested, this is how it was done in the drum and a before pic.

Food looks great, definitely looks like the type of place where I'd have to stop for a burger on the way home though laugh.

Salmon, leek and asparagus filo pie, minty crushed peas. Very tasty, perhaps a little more liquid required in the filling

That looks fabulous. Great effort might have a crack at that.

Cheers, the portioning of the leg worked well too with the bone left in. Will be doing that again for sure.
