Enjoyed an evening at Beef & Pudding in Manchester last night. 7lb of beef for dinner.....between four. Very good. Needless to say I'm not very productive this morning!
walked past it the other day, thought "oh should go there soon", and now this.
Oh, If you go for the Manchester Meat it's worth ringing in advance as the cooking time is 2hrs.

This is also correct. Just needs some cheesy brocolli and cauliflower for straight 10s.
.Mr Flange ,if you enjoy the cauliflower/broccoli cheese try covering with crushed crisps(flavour of choice)before baking , I use hickory sticks but don't think you have them there .

Cos it's really cold out, cottage pie. It's been 18 all day, think we predicted the Sunday dinner wrong, a bbq would have been better!
Looks good!Never really understood the mentality behind stews and pies etc being "winter food". We live in centrally heated houses, so we don't need to discriminate! Have stew or pies anytime!
