Yup, pulled pork on top of a beef pattie. Not the biggest of burgers but was the tastiest I have had. Beat the likes of Bodeans etc.

Missus out for dinner tonight, so I (obviously) picked steak. Fired the BBQ up for the first time and got to work.

what i mean is the mushrooms etc all have a nondescript taste because they are all cooked on the same grill

Dinner tonight was two Tesco Finest quarter pounder burgers (squashed flatter to better fit in the giant bap), cheese, sliced closed cup mushrooms cooked in the oven with olive oil, shredded lettuce, and served with chips.

Fired up some coals on the BBQ and made mint and coriander lamb burgers, wrapped in pitta bread with salad and tzatziki.
