Rosemary, fennel seed and anchovy lamb shanks, with fondants and blackcurrant gravy (I am northern after all!)

Beef roast. My meat temp said rare, I'll be doing it slightly less next time.

Don't forget it carries on cooking further after it is taken out.

Apologies for any egg sucking lessons

Fairly reasonable for a post 5 Old Rosie ciders dinner... Flat Iron steak (cooked medium-rare, but you can't really see), rocket and watercress with thousand island, new potatoes, tomatoes, and a chunk of mature cheddar. Awesome after the pub!

I'm aware it keeps cooking, I thought the people who make the thermometer would factor that in, now I need to remove before the markers...

Anyway, left over beef.
