I'd be all over that, as would Mr MC. He's a committed vegetable dodger, but loves Indian.
It's one of the only cuisines where being without meat really doesn't register. Here's today's lunch. We had Vada Pav which is a spiced potato burger with chilli and coriander chutneys. Cauliflower shish, bhel puri and steamed rice dumplings. We should have ordered okra fries again as they're simply delicious.

The other night we had chicken and noodles. The meal was served with fresh mint, sliced radish and halved clementine segments. If I saw that on a menu i'd probably pass for something else. It turned out to be one of my favourites. Helps with trying something new.
