Sunday night Greek. Kleftico, baked feta with white wine and honey reduction served with spuds... of course Greek style cooked in lamb stock and oil.

Not sure where this one will end up. Was going to do roast veg with sausages then thought sod it what if I just add everything to a pot and chuck it in the oven for a couple of hours. Potatoes, sausages, courgettes, aubergine, chilli peppers, red onions, bell peppers, garlic, shed load of herbs and spices etc.

Couple of tins of chopped tomatoes lob it in the oven for a couple of hours on low.

You know what Cotty, that's what I love about you.

You don't play by the rules.

In fact, you take the rule book, draw cocks all over it, douse it in petrol and burn the fk out of it. For fun.

You bloody well lob that big pan of mixed vegetables and sausages in the oven (on low).

Fight the power. fk the police.
