I really don’t understand what people see in that ste, and it’s not cheap.

I used to agree but actually like them now, 13.5 inch pizza half/half for a tenner is good value.

Cheers guys!

Recipe:
1 cinnamon stick
5 green cardamom pods
5 cloves
2 bay leaves
700g leg of lamb in cubes
1 large onion finely chopped
2 sliced green chillies
4 tsp of garlic / ginger purée
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp cumin
125g nat yoghurt
2sp gram flour
1tsp extra hot chilli powder
200ml warm water
1 tbsp chopped mint
1 bunch of coriander, stems finely chopped separately

Heat veg oil gently and fry cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, bay leaves and cloves for 30 secs

Increase heat to high, add lamb and fry it until it browns. Important bit here, keep frying in high until all the juices from the meat cook out and it starts to really fry and brown, don't skip this! Can't take 10mins..

Add chopped onion, chillies, ginger / garlic purée and coriander stems and fry for 5-6mins

Add tomato paste, tumeric, coriander and cumin and cook for 4 mins

Mix together yoghurt, flour, chilli powder and add to pot

Reduce heat to lowest possible, small burner, add water, cover and simmer very gently for about 50mins, you can take the lid off at the end to thicken if needed, but it doesn't usually

Add in chopped fresh mint and coriander and serve with extra chopped chillis on top.

I bought pre-made burgers - this brand: https://www.sgaiafoods.co.uk/products/mheat-burger...

They're really good, recommend giving them a go. I got them from the Little Shop of Vegans in Norwich but you can order online.
