Maybe I just popped it in there to make you think about the difference between looking at food and how posh it looks and tasting or smelling it and seeing how good it is?

Maybe. But it looked ste. And you used Stork.

Each to their own, if it works for you that is all that really matters. I have many creature comforts I wouldn't share in public.

Had a family get together last night to celebrate my son being home on leave from the Army, it seemed fitting to have a wing and rib night!

Wings three ways! Chinese salt and chilli pepper, BBQ and hot buffalo wings! Alongside some bourbon glazed baby back ribs and salt and chilli belly pork slices!

Used some Angus & Oink Hot and Hostile rub on the hot wings, then franks hot sauce ! Sweet baby rays BBQ sauce for the BBQ wings and made up the salt, chilli wings myself..

Mexican madness night tonight, bit of a different Sunday dinner!

Chipotle adobe sauce, guacamole, citrus spiced red onions, roasted salsa, chicken adobada in chipotle sauce, loaded nachos and roasted chorizo with homemade tortillas and some feta and grated Manchego cheese!

Not posted much here for a while due to a house move, followed by house renovations.

Anyway, first bit of cooking in the new kitchen, nothing more than a roast chicken...

Looking forward to having a kitchen again!
