I gave in and purchased 'the secret takeaway' on Amazon and made Chicken Tikka tuesday night.
Then cooked it last night...
Onions were sauteed for 30 minutes with a little tikka paste and curry powder. Not quite there, but good enough.
I was most impressed with my new flat skewers though! Normally I'd use 2 runded ones, but this was so easy!

I use that recipe a fair bit - great for the bbq, where did you pick up the skewers? Then cooked it last night...

Come with a little bag thing to keep them, it’s in recycling already!
I could pick the whole skewer up with little bend in it, they seem good enough. BBQ’s should be good with them!

Ordered.
What’s the reason for the two different designs?
No idea, the ones with the clip at the end (rather than the circles) get more on, I imagine they'll get more use! What’s the reason for the two different designs?
