I find that tying them up, blindfolding them and subjecting them to the DTC (dirty takeaway challenge) is most effective at making them admit that filthy food tastes better.

mmmmm. all this talk of kebab in naan is making me hungry! I'm severely tempted to get one now, or a variation on the theme. My Local kebab in naan / indian place is a respectable 3 - so not too dangerous.
