I got an extendable fork kindly given to me by pixel snapper for Christmas....I'm thinking a tubular glass vassal, say 6" diamter x 12" deep..then create a layered dish. I dirty triffle of filth. ( extendable fork for depth )
Just scrolled all the way to the bottom expecting to see this Mr.Roper

It looks similar because I modelled this after yours.....I politely instructed them to do away with the poly and wrap mine in paper AND it's all the better for it.

I don't know why it's better but it is....for those out there still eating their kebabs in a box, it's time to change.

As God as my witness I will create a dirty trifle AND post pictures on here. I have never been more sure of anything in my life....

I just need a little time for R&D. Watch this space.

That would make more sense if you were referring to my lunch....that's right....you are looking at last night kebab. (and a couple of tortillas I nabbed from the freezer (emergency curry mop stash))

Goodo wink

may I suggest something along the lines of from bottom to top.

Chicken tikka pieces.
poppadom separator layer
byrhani
poppadom separator layer
Lamb sheik kabab
poppadom separator layer
Bhalti sauce on top

I reckon that could work?

Re the kebab in naan, my local purveyor of this fine delicacy isn't open on Sundays, so I decided to get creative:
Meal consisted of a tandoori mixed grill, keema naan, onion bhajis, some tikka massala sauce, a slice of pizza hut naan bread and a few poppadoms (not shown) to be consumed whilst watching Faster with housemates.

The naan was then filled with the majority of the Tandoori mixed grill, topped with tikka masala sauce and yoghurt sauce to give the ultimate kebab in naan:

Mmmmmm...

While I settled in the large mixed kebab an large chips Saturday night, my mate had this! Chips, jumbo sausage, fish and curry sauce and a cheeseburger.

Swap the sausage for a battered sausage and it would be perfect yes

Battered sausages are the best things ever.
