I've not been there, but the one I had in Durham was way superior to the ones I eat from my local takeaways in Leeds. Still, the Leeds ones hit the spot when I fancy some filth.Slink said:

1) does it contain any egg
and
2) how do you make one? so it contains 2000+ calories?
Take a chicken breast, flatten it, cover it breadcrumbs and then deep fry it. Once its fried, chuck a load of bechamel sauce over the top and a pile of cheese. Whack it in the grill so the cheese melts and serve it with a large helping of chips and some garlic mayo. You can always add other meats or chillis in with the sauce to mix it up a bit. I'm guessing you will need to use egg to get the breadcrumbs to stick to the chicken2 question.....
