Where can I buy crunchy pickled jalapenos. The last three or four jars I've bought have all been a mushy nasty texture that falls apart and they are all from different brands. Even the big costco jars have been the same. I'm looking for something like the Subway ones that have a nice crunch and flavour.

I've been buying these ones from Waitrose, not every store carries them though.

Im guessing he means the fat sliced ones rather than the long whole ones.

El do paso ones are terrible, the discovery ones are better, have a bit of crunch but im all ears to better suggestions smile

Something very similar can be found in the 'ethnic' section at Asda. They're quite hot too.

Could try pickling your own? Chillis don't cost much.

Odd - I thought I was buying one of the 'Tesco own Brands' which are much like the 'brands' you see in Aldi. Still good though, always use the spice mixes

The tropical salsa is to be avoided though. Gross.
