Lowenbrau and Stella for me normally, the Stella is nothing like we get in pubs here and obviously it's quite rare to find Lowenbrau anywhere in the UK, so no need for a comparison.
Stella has changed to being brewed in the UK now unfortunately.

Hertog Jan and Spaten are my lagers. Bloody pricey hobby these days.

Didn't realise that Stella was no longer "native" brewed, was going to do an order this week which means I'll probably go Spaten and Lowenbrau if so.

Same here, awful thing, constantly bloody empty.

What`s your poison? Punk IPA is my go to.
I'm partial to the Stella Unfiltered and recently tried the Goose Island. Must say I went through a fair few Orchard Pig ciders as well.

Spatens was always by fave, along with Lowenbrau and Hartog.

However had a keg of Franziskaner Kellerbier before Xmas, it's fantastic, and now my number one choice.

I tried a keg of that, didn`t really get on with it. Also tried a Leffe Blonde which was terrible.

I`ve stopped experimenting and sticking with IPAs and Pale Ales, haven`t had one I`ve not liked.

Only ever order when there`s an offer on.

It’s either that, the sound of a ringpull, or the clink of yet another bottle in the recycling.

We can’t hide it all biggrin

Try the KWAK. I lived in Belgium for a couple of years and the beer is the only good thing about the country.
KWAK is NOT a session beer. Unless you like a very quick session. :-)

Do we all move the salad out of the fridge to make room for the keg the night before you want to use it to get the temperature down?

Hertog Jan is my favourite Dutch lager, so much better than that excuse of a beer called Heineken, which unfortunately as an Amsterdam based brewery is prevalent in most of the bars in Amsterdam.
