Where do they get their terrible tomatoes from (or whatever those tomatoe looking things are). Completely tasteless, wouldn't make any difference if omitted.
Ask for it without the tomato then
And Mayo. Then dump some bbq sauce on, beautiful. I should probably work in the menu dept for McDonald's smile

McDonalds (and indeed all the fast food chains) always seem much nicer in the US to me. I had one of these last time I was out there which was pretty good..

A good question.... if you have to have a fast food burger at least go for a Burger King.
...who were recently found to be selling horse Whoppers
Indeed, how dare they put a leaner, more nutritionally balanced meat in their burger!

In fairness, BK wouldn't have known, it was Silvercrest the manufacture that was 'doping' horsemeat into their products.

Don't forget that a beef burger only has to contain 62% beef to be legally called a 'beef' burger, and of that 62%, 25% can be fat and 25% can be connective tissue.

I note now that BK advertise 100% beef burgers, but if they'd simply called them 'beef burgers', they could easily contain 38% horse meat and still be legal to sell.

This is true but McDonalds managed to avoid the horse meat scandal.

Yes, by serving dogst burgers. I'd rather go to Burger King any day - it's far better. Even if they billed the burger as 'beef and horse whopper', I'd still rather have that than McDonald's!

Same here, can't stand McDonalds (other than their breakfast pancakes, they're quite nice!)

I'll leave this here, page 6 for beef.

You may prefer BK but there's no denying McDonalds is a better quality product.

Anyhow, I'll leave it at that as I'm not here to try and convert people.

Like the sound of the Spicy McCrisp (above).... it would never look like that though

My local BK has made a massive effort to make the burgers look more presentable, with proper folded wrapping designed to hold the bun whilst eating, rather the just scrunching the paper round bun flatten/mashing the contents

That's a great read. I'll have a McD's tomorrow now!

As you're "the man" - what is the official line on asking for say, a Quarter P with Mac sauce? I know I asked above but wanted the insider info.
