I guess because these are 100% hand made. He only makes a small number of knives, so I suppose thats why he keeps his price high.

I have 2 folded steel knifes (Saiun brand from japanesechefsknives.com) and they are brilliant.

And all those tats don't pay for themselves you know biggrin Wonder if he wrote the BLOK knuckles off as Promotional Material?

I was surprised though, I thought these Blok knives were supposed to be folded? the article I read said that they were just laser cut tempered and cooled?

Ugly and expensive. Better be good.

Then you have the usual theme of a wholesome rugged look fella, beard and tattoos as per the current recipe, the casual attitude, the look of the website, style of pictures, the logo etc etc

It's all getting a bit boring no?

How do you find the profile on the Chef's for rocking. Looks to have a longish flat section
