No.

I rarely buy pre-packaged stuff anyway and if I want to know sugar or salt content I look at the back with the detail.

I do, and try to avoid the red labels for sat fat and salt, although sometimes they are sneaky sts and give per portion sizes or per x grams so you have to do a bit of maths to work out how much shyte is in there in full. Pizzas are extremely bad for this, had almost put me off eating them completely. When you get your entire RDA and then some in some manky supermwarket boxed pizza its just not worth it.

A good idea these labels, and i take a loose approaxh to them but its deffinately made me cut out a lot of rubbish.

There are times when i dont want to know how bad stuff is, because i already know, like that sunday morning hangover kfc and next to your burger on the menu you see 1600cal. redface

It takes me ages to shop as my other half is lactose intolerant and I'm amazed at just how much food uses milk powder as a bulking agent. It also helps me keep a check on my sugars, fat and carb intake.

As a diabetic I get pissed off with food labels. I need to know the carbs per thing I eat so I can take insulin according. I don't give a toss at sugar quantities as I need total carbs, and amount per 100g is utterly pointless when the weight per item isn't present.

I agree with this, as I'm also insulin dependant....... some days it's like the krypton factor calculating doseage, surfing the net on my phone to work out what carbs I've just eaten.... when it would be so much simpler to put the relevant info on the packaging
