I'm sure it was really nice, but tapas annoys me. It's expensive for smaller portions and you (OK maybe just me) have to order st loads of dishes to feel like you've had a proper meal. Added that the specific dishes are generally very simple...

Anyway... I don't like tapas if you can't tell hehe

I would normally agree with you but It's Tapas Tuesday so all £2.50 and although it didn't look much we still had leftovers. My son decided he wanted paella which was £18 but was for two people.

Honestly unless it's from a proper stone baked Italian place I won't get takeaway pizza anymore (unless the other half forces us to get domino's, but I like the frank's hot sauce). The £3 sourdough jobs from lidl/aldi taste better and have a much better base.
Im the same, except when want a dirty takeaway. Then only a processed meat, and processed cheese topped greasy thing from the cheap Indian place will hit the spot biggrin

Tapas isn’t supposed to be a meal that’s the whole problem with how it is sold in the U.K.

Yup,

It's supposed to be a free snack while you drink to encourage you to get an appetite and order off the menu.

Traditionally was used in bars in Granada to cover your drink with a small plate to stop the flies getting into the glass. First drink would be a few crisps or nuts but the longer you stayed / drank the better the tapas became.

It was. Been a few time's to the restaurant when it opened but was not a fan. Was a change from the normal Indian, Chinese or Italian.

I did... Home Bargains In Threemilestone.

Not a takeaway exactly... But entirely filthy. Home Bargains special. Bread was pretty good, "meat" was akin to the cheapest processed mystery chicken/ham. 3/10.
Have you visited Nigel during lockdown?

Back up north (Leeds) - Chinese takeaway eaten in the hotel

Pork Spring rolls
Salt’n pepper chips (nice and spicy)
beef curry

Few beers to help wash it down.

That looks dirty. Well done
Birra Moretti, Absolute dirt, I find it tastes like a damp box in a warehouse.

I haven’t, but that looks awesome. Maybe that’s lunch today! I think we were going to have pasties from Etheringtons.
