Fair challenge!! I should have gone for lamb and chicken shish, but the other two are no as bad as you'd think.

I am also on SW, but I am fairly sure it was shish meat and not from the elephant's foot of saturated fat

That breakfast roll 'thing' posted a few days back really gives me the shivers.

I'll easily eat most stuff from a kebab shop (as my pictures posted on here will prove) but there's something about garage food that's a whole different level of filth.

Bit of self assembly required and I keep a bottle of sauce in my desk at work. I alternate between ketchup and brown sauce.

2 large portions of Qabili pilau, 2 portions mixed kebab, montoo (whatever that is), kofta, sabzi, bamia, naan, salad and a coke.

Not exactly cheap, £49 all in.

There's a ton of Afghan restaurants here.

It was a disappointment really - it wasn't from my usual restaurant. The rice was amazing, but rather than boxfuls of meat (like my usual) it came with some sort of ravioli and okra curry . Not to my taste


Usually , I would get a full mixed grill (which came with about 10 lamb chops, 10 pcs chicken tikka, 10 pcs sheikh kebab, 10 pcs boiled chicken) , Afghan rice (pilau with raisins) , plenty of naan and mint dip. Ooh, sublime .

that mixed kebab looks great. i paid 10 for a mixed kebab probably a third of the qty and they forget my donner meat in it. no decent kebabs near me, was tasty though.
