Dirty Takeaway Pictures Volume 3

Ordered from my favourite kebab place and it was an hour without a knock on the door, so I called them up as they usually take 25-35 mins. Turned up 5 mins later and I checked it was warm, it was lukewarm at best but I could live with that, so I handed over the cash and did the xmas tip. 25 mins later 2 fresh kebabs turned up and an apology for keeping us waiting! Missus is out tomorrow night and I'm out Thursday, so that's our reheated dinners sorted! I do like it when a company thinks about their local reputation, never had a bad kebab from this place and the service if not spot on is clearly addressed immediately!
What, no pics of the two fresh shlongs?

well done to them, great CS as mentioned. however ive only ever warmed up a kebab once.... and i never will ever again. I feel like its one of those things that unless it's top quality 'bab meat, it doesnt taste right reheating.
Hot frying pan, it tastes even better heated up so it's slightly go that crisp edge to it. Try it, its really good.I usually ask for meat/pitta/salad separate, so you can actually have leftovers if there are any. Bin the pitta off and use a fresh one/naan for reheating.

A lot of kebab places reheat chicken and lamb doner meat on a hotplate with peppers, onions and chili sauce - lovely.
I used to get my local to do mine like that. tasted great. unfortunately he sold the business to some younger guys and they got rid of the flat top griddle so they no longer do it. Type R Tom said:

I had one last night as this thread made me think of it!I got home, chucked the whole lot of fresh meat in a scorching hot pan with the tub of chilli sauce and crisped it up a bit while coating with said chilli, so each piece was almost glazed, rather than an occasional bite here and there.
It was spectacular.
