I've just perused a local chinese menu and I've found a menu item with oyster sauce.
I think I'll buy it just as a tribute to the dish that cannot be spoken about.

All you have to do is google search "pistonheads csv" and look at the first image that comes up. just dont look at it before you're about to eat

Through extensive Googling I've now managed to work out what CSV is. Turns out it's not Comma Separated Values. I wish it still was.

Both these places are my absolute favourite places in the whole world.

I hate myself for moving to North Manchester. It's utterly bereft of any decent kebabs/kobedahs up here.

BBQ sauce - the chilli sauce is lethal from that kebab shop and I have a busy day of drinking ahead of me today, couldn't risk a ring sting this morning.

Gravy on a kebab does sound good though, might have to try that one day.

Often taken the journey over to the rusholme chippy and saajans for just that very thing, im in leeds but often need to go manc way. nearest thing to those are from venus food market or on leeds road in bradford , but never as good.

The quality at Leeds Road has gone downhill over the years sadly. I keep trying to find an excuse to cross over to Manchester but I’m rarely free for long enough. I still miss Al Quds, the Turkish place that replaced it is nowhere near as good.

The quality at Leeds Rd has gone downhill over the last few weeks. I don't know what it was like in its "heyday", but it's been spectacular for 12 months. The last few times the kebab meat has been gristly and last week I had a bony chapal. Shards of bone in kebabs? Too dirty for me.

I used to have a few detours for a trip to The Rusholme Chippy if I had a meeting in that area, eating a Kobeda in the car!

Couldn't be bothered to cook this evening. This is a chicken combination kebab from the best kebab shop local to me. I don't do sauce on kebabs and only like cabbage with them!
