I love spinach and, obviously, sag. So I didn't have any difficulty working out what that tray was supposed to contain, but I've not laughed so much at this thread ever before. Bravo. Doesn't look like it had much of a flavour other than spinach, mind you.

Its not that filthy it just looks like a foil tray with Saag. Its not deep fried dripping in fat so no Filthy.
I've eaten a LOT of Saag, and none of it has ever glowed like it was nuclear...Ashtray83 said:

Surely that will come out the other end the same colour?
It sure will. A bit like eating beetroot.
An extra-large mixed donner this evening. Knife and fork used for ease of digging and shovelling until I could find the pitta.
Extra Sainsbury's chilli sauce added as I was making progress.
Story starts here, freshly opened. Onion, cabbage and chilli to give it a bit of crunch and acidity.
Can see the pitta clearly now so time to pick it up...
A bit left for later...

Saag that has been cooked using the best ingredients by a good chef does not look very pleasant.
As a child my mum would try to persuade me to eat it with a rolling pin.
To this day i still do not eat it.added to which i would eat it very slowly and it would be getting cold. Same with milk.
Back to the kebabs please
