Had a stag weekend in Wroclaw last week, the usual fast food choices were considered for quick lunch in between all the drink, then we stumbled upon a place that does these, and beer.

This particular effort is their Chorizo burger, have to say I can't fault a burger place that asks how you want the meat cooked. Don't think I've been to anywhere in the UK that does that.

90% of the hipster burger joints in London ask or specifiy in their menu that it's cooked medium.
This. It's incredibly common now.

It's lunch, but a takeaway.

Had a weird, dirty flavour to it, so I'm saying it counts.

Just had a couple of days in Bristol so took the opportunity to have a kebab at one of my favourite kebab houses at St Nicholas Markets.

If you ever go to Bristol I thoroughly recommend it. You know it's good as there is always a massive queue to get one.

I had a mixed chicken and lamb one with the full trimmings on flatbread which they bake in their own oven. My Mrs had the same but in a box with rice.

All of that came to a tenner in total. Fantastic value for money.

That's because undercooked minced beef is a gamble. It's not steak.
that's why I always ask them to cook it properly between medium and well done so its not pink in the middle.

Ahh the poets day pint.

Used to be my favourite drinks of the week.

If I had a job, I'd be doing the same!

Apologies, hunger overtook picture taking so I'd tucked in. Jumbo sausage, fish cake and chips, dressing with burger sauce ansd Polish horseradish. Fizzy pop out of shot. £6.35

You should've got change from a fiver there imo.
How would you know that when the picture shows hes eaten some?
Because he's listed what was there before he started eating.

Is "Polish Horseradish" one of those things like the fake Wasabi you get with pre-packed sushi - it is horseradish, weakened, with green food colouring. Is the Polish stuff maybe just hot radish sauce?
Not accusing you of anything, just never heard of it before!

Its a traditional accompaniment and is made of horseradish, vinegar, lemon juice and seasoning with the amount of horseradish varying depending on how brave you are

Large donor on naan. Rolled, halved and fanned. Sauces on the side (note the shallow sauce pots)

It's officially takeaway night but I don't actually know what I fancy, wtf is wrong with me?

Quite fancy a decent burger, but no 5guys or indy burger places round here that do a decent burger. The ones from the local Bab shops are ste.

Ahhh!

A tenner from our local chippy. Kitchen shears for scale. Tray is width of kitchen hob for more scale.

Had to stop them putting another fish on as one had almost broken in half being picked up. Ditto, stopped more chips being ladled on.

Phew, burp.
