I’ve got a Chinese incoming, as a regular contributor but having never actually posted pics of a dirty takeaway before, I feel today is he day.
I just hope I’ll be able to work out how to put the pics up

Driven by a strong half-bottle of Amarone (15.5% ABV) raptus, I wolfed down 8 dim sums before the “plating” pic.
Here is a salt & pepper squid side with a main of beef flank curry in egg fried rice.
The whole lot cost £30 (cause london).
And this is what’s left about 8 minutes later. The two potato bits can go and f
k themselves
Back to the Amarone now, might complement it with some vodka later
