It's dark soy sauce mixed with vinegar (gooseberry vinegar in this case because I am a ponce) and ginger cos that's what I like.ambuletz said:

It’s just soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and sugar

Ben Shaws drinks are always cheap as chips low budget drinks everywhere else in London in my experience, 65p or so, along with the Barrs cans.
Light bite for lunch today, chicken shawarma meal for £5.50 from Beeston Shawarma.
This month has been an absolute mess. Started the year off rather unwell and on various antibiotics. As a result I lost a few kilos from not eating.
However I seem to have hit the takeaways hard once I was better. Need to reign myself in sharpish. That being said I’m off to Newcastle this weekend, any suggestions for parmo joints?
