Nay lad, Do people actually stop their car in Deighton?!!!!!! It's been quite some time i was there, so it may have been gentrified. Which seems unlikely as the only improvement to that area would be a mushroom cloud.

My chicken and green pepper in black bean sauce is now properly proper, if I do say so myself.
The Lucky Boat No.1 noodles they always insist you should use are night-and-day better than anything you'll find in a normal supermarket. Well worth seeking out.

The single best thing I've learned from them is how to use potato starch (not corn starch) to thicken a Chinese sauce at the end. It's made a huge difference to the quality of the final result and wasn't something I was going to manage left to my own devices.
