So, it wasn't the best parmo I've ever had. The edges were a little crispy and the chicken a bit thinner than normal. Also, the salad was absolutely rank hence the reason it's not really in the pictures:

My thought it was an ordinary chicken breast that was butterflied and pounded wide/flat.

Pretty much. I'm not sure even if the butterflying is necessary. I've done homemade parmos before and just bashed the chicken flat.

I'd eat that, grease and all.


The BEST parmo I've ever had didn't come from a Take Away, but the Runsiwck Bay Hotel, in Runswick Bay North Yorkshire. Really well done.

The best shredded beef available in the land, chicken in yellow bean sauce, some soy, peanut, sesame and chilli aubergine which i made to use the eggplant up, chips and egg fried. It was as tasty as it looks.
