Last night's mixed doner and chips

Was down in Liverpool over the weekend. Instead of 4 takeaways on just eat nearby there was 50!
Ordered this thing, it was like a giant naan filled with kebab, chicken, chilli sauce and cheese. Then folded over to make a calzone type of thing.
Add some chips and a piece of my mates pizza and it certainly hit the spot.

We decided at work today to have Caribbean food from a little takeaway that’s opened down the road. I opted for peppered steak, rice & peas with plantain and a dumpling. The portion was massive and it was soooo good!!!

X-large chicken shish with £3 tray of meat,doing low carb or at least trying so put the nann in the food bin I was struggling towards the end

I had a "homemade" donner kebab this evening with the frozen donner meat they sell at FarmFoods. Was bloody lovely!

Always better when you put your own together,I went through a small phase of using the vivera plant shawarma,initially it was lovely ,but I’m now just as quick put of it ,fed up to the point that it now tastes of cardboard

relative to what? many low carb diets say have about 50g-100g (or less) a day.

it's about 20-25g of carbs in a pint. compare that too..

pitta - 30g
naan - 88-100g for the large ones. 33g for the mini ones you get in supermarkets

so in a sense, it's less carbs than eating the breads
