I’m posting here as I didn’t want to decimate the dinner thread as my my food was rotten, brewers fayre mixed grill ,

What I ordered

What I got with upgraded fries

I weren’t expecting Michelin star but come on there’s better babs on here than this needless to say I won’t return and I’m pretty tolerant as you know,BTW they had san Miquel on tap so it levelled out a bit ,

Two (already partially eaten) fish and a barm cake. I didn’t fancy loads of carbs in chip form, although I’m sure the batter and barm cake is probably an equivalent amount. It’s basically a self made “Filet o fish”. It’s not really a takeaway either, as I ate it in the chippy. They do have seats/tables, I wasn’t t just standing there, like some kind of weirdo.
No idea why the picture didn’t upload. So I’ll try again.

Sweet Jesus. You’ll have Beelzebub’s own back passage after that lot. Leave the window open for god’s sake man.

agreed, they always are crap. big tasty is the only recurring promotion i like. i really liked the grand mac, and 'the m' burger. but i dont see these coming back.

a naan bun chicken burger is meant to be out soon. kind of weird that the McDs website would refer to a LadBible article on it.

The Big Tasty is on so often they might as well make it permanent. The grand mac and the double quarter etc are OK but they are just bigger versions of what is on the menu. The specials need to be things like the M burger, McRib, CBO etc. They could even try some of the stuff available around the world for real like a chicken big mac, mexican mac royale, the cordon bleu, McExtreme and others

More of a PSA. If ordering a McDonald’s - a large meal at that - don’t bother trying having a salad instead of fries.

Just don’t.
