I know I should be a perfect and make my iwn dough from scratch, but when I'm feeling lazy I want to grab something and go. Where do you buy decent, but not overly expensive dough balls from?
Great balls of Flour were excellent!

Is there enough space to store the Ooni inside it also? Been thinking of getting a table to use for my WGA and store a few bits, but if this also stores an Ooni, I could be tempted to get one.
Thats a good question, I'd need to check. I'm pretty sure my Ooni 3 could fit inside along with the gas bottle but might be a bit tight. I've just left mine on top.

Even to the casual observer that's clearly a Keter Unity XL. I expect the poster it from some online garden shop. Garden world online I think. wink

I think I posted earlier - I use these, I have a 5' one that lives on the patio next to the BBQ for pizza making. It has proven itself decent. Although perhaps not the most aesthetically pleasing thing:

I've used both Ooni's sourdough and https://northerndoughco.com that we get sometimes from Sainsbury's with the weekly shop
Both seem fine.

I have managed to crack the stone in my G3 Ferrari pizza maker.

Has anyone else done this and changed the stone? If so could you post a link to where you got a replacement from as I have emailed the company with no response?

Thanks

The company don't seem to be great on aftersales - try this:

Adi Maria emailed me last night to say they are now stocking frozen dough balls - 40 for £45 but already showing as out of stock

I cracked the stone on mine. Bought a second hand G3 from eBay and swapped the stones over. Very simple job.

Topical post this one, served up 6 pepperoni pizzas on Sunday at Le Mans. Made the dough in the morning, I had taken out the ingredients pre-weighed. Cooked in a Roccbox using wood. Everyone agreed it was much better than going into town and getting a tough old bit of steak!

Good idea, thanks.

I'll keep that up my sleeve if I get nowhere in sourcing a new one.

Cooked pizza at last, although we need to keep practicing as it’s nowhere near as good as some of the offerings on here .
Actually , after I’ve raised the ceiling height to accommodate roasts it doesn’t get quite as hot as before .
Anyway , it’s a first attempt and tasted nic
