Hi guys,

Got a weekend in Aberdeen coming up, can anyone recommend any half decent restaurants? nothing too fancy but a nice feed, cant think of any myself, any ideas?

Agree with Rustico if you're game for Italian - was there last week and it was excellent.

Any pointers on what you want to eat?

Brewdog Castlegate does a decent burger and divisive beer.

Several good Indians - Jewel in the Crown is my favourite.

Also always enjoy Bhan Thai - it is only a doorway and a set of stairs at street level so nothing would tempt you in ordinarily, but it serves up great Thai food at a decent price.

Nargile is a fantastic Turkish place but best done with a big group and an appetite to match.
