Tuna nicoise. Tuna was a spot overdone but in my defence the steak was very thick.

Trying to be a bit more meat-light for a while to shed the excess kg's built up over the Summer. First attempt at Frittata and quite a passable Veggie Chilli plus a Tomato and a Roasted Pepper salsa:

Went out for a steak last night, was hoping to smash the 52oz challenge but we forgot to pre-order so had to settle for a lowly 42oz instead.

Baby back ribs and a mixture of different roast tomatoes and potatoes. Made a 'Texas barbecue juice' from amazing ribs site to go with.
