Lucky Cat?

I think he was attempting to guess the restaurant you're in, not giving you a special name.

That has to be at least 2 AA rosette level, so I would like to know where.
Ah.

I thought you were suggesting that a cat had got stuck into the mains as the Mrs forgot to take a photo until we had started on it.

This turned out well - homemade meatballs with home grown herbs. There are actually 3 large meatballs there, just put a ton of sauce on top

Last night's dinner - the wife did her own pulled pork and coleslaw, I contributed by getting the Air Fryer out and doing some wedges, and some salad (with a salad spinner, which I'm told is peak 70s kitchen equipment, apparently).

Anyway - very good, would eat again.

Amstel can kept out of shot to add some class.

Pro kitchens still use a salad spinner.

Thought I had gotten out some steak from the freezer for a steak baguette tonight... turns out it was the leftover Xmas Venison, so a little fancier than normal for a Tuesday night

Venison fillet, madeira jus, parmesan mash and green beans!

1st pallea of the year, cooked on the burner I received as a Xmas gift from the family… only using the inner ring when cooking for 2, so looking forward to trying out the full potential over the summer.

Rabbit, chicken and pork ribs

Green beans

Garlic, smoked paprika, saffron, grated tomatoes, butter beans and water… plus proper aged rice.

Done

Also did some roast asparagus bought from the market in Cadiz earlier in the week as a side… bit of salt and grated lemon zest… fabulous.
